Our Story
Est. Lahore
Born from the belief that great fragrance should not belong only to those who fly to Paris to find it.
Maison de Parfum was founded by Muhammed Obaid Ullah Khan — better known simply as Obaid — a lifelong lover of scent who spent years sourcing raw materials from across the world: Bulgarian rose absolutes, Indian oud resin, Moroccan neroli, Sri Lankan cinnamon bark. The ambition was simple — to create fragrances that could sit without apology alongside the great houses of Europe.
The name is a deliberate act of confidence. Maison — house — because fragrance, at its best, is where you live. De Parfum — of perfume — because there is nothing else we would rather do. Paris appears on our bottles not as imitation, but as aspiration: the city taught the world to take scent seriously, and we carry that lesson into everything we make.
Scent is the most honest thing about a person. We make fragrances for people who want to be honest. — Obaid, Founder · Maison de Parfum
We began selling at Lahore's markets and souks — in the city that shaped us. But fragrance was never meant to stay in one place. Through our online store, Maison de Parfum now reaches customers all across Pakistan, from Karachi to Islamabad, Peshawar to Quetta. What started as a local obsession has grown into something much larger.
Every fragrance in our collection is handcrafted in small batches. We do not scale what we cannot control. Each bottle is filled, sealed, and inspected by hand. We are expanding and working hard to continue providing our customers with new and extraordinary fragrances — because great scent is never finished, it only evolves.
If you are reading this, you already understand what we are trying to do. Welcome to the house.
